 Article is relating with the gender equity in Harvard business school where females has faced difficulties to have the equal presence. This was revealed in the final speeches when all the students were gathers to celebrate their ended graduates programs. This was stated that many of the people are ignored in this business institution, which is pertaining immense reservation for them. Females at the campus are ignored in every aspect, as they are not assumed as strong contenders to the other male students.  Faculty of the university was intended to hire the new dean who will start the new and modern experiment to empower the women for contribution in the school and society. This is a fact that women can also climb if they are promoted well in the school. Dean looked forward to enhance the participation of women and invited the professionals from different organizations for concentrating the women hiring only. Apart with this, group of people revealed that this ignorance regarding the women is very annoying for their professional career in different organization as they are little behind in developing their skill and abilities with motivations and empowerment.

Reactions & Feelings

This article means too much to me, as I feel not great after knowing the lack of gender equity in Harvard school. This is frustrating for any student who is ignored by the other students and faculty members during their study sessions. It means that they are paying for nothing I their academic careers. If I pretend myself as a dean in the school then my reactions will be only eliminate this gap in the gender equity. My emphasis will be on gender equity, which is better to evade the frustration among the students about the faculty members and institution. There should be changing in the faculty members as some of the new professors should come forward and try to connect with the students at the university. There should be encouragement for female professors as it will be motivational for them to enhance their academic skills. Dean should look forward to invite the seminars in which executives from different organization come forwards, find the talent in the women from the university and take their services.

We are taking about the gender equity and all the alumni must be directed to take their stances regarding the career initially and equally. Apart with this campus, improvements are also very important to provide the environments for students, which can persuade the gender equity in classes and outdoors. Women are the important part of the society, as they have to contribute too much for other. I think one aspect of women contribution is their activeness and skills of communication, which is very important.

We can see the normal jobs for the women as there are not very lucrative jobs for them. This is a fact that women use to engage or married early in their career and this may be not effective for the organizations according to their expectations. I feel that women may feel the intellectual prestige in the university from the other men students but this is not well enough for them to make money with the successful career.

Gender equity is vital especially in educational institutions to facilitate equally for the better recognition of alumni. Students are very much concern with their professional career during the studies. This will indicate the unfair gender equity that most of the men students will go for finance jobs containing the good pat. On the other hand, women use to go for marketing job containing the lower pay respectively. In end, I would like to say that dean and all the other key stakeholders should take initiatives to eliminate the inequity in genders and empower the students to take the benefits and facilitation equally during the studies and in their careers.
