Critical analysis of school districts
The school district has exclusive emphasis on public relation efforts with local communities, parents and students. Frequent teacher and parent meetings are held to bridge the communication gap between district management and parents. These initiatives facilitate healthy relationship between children, teachers and parents. District philosophy is to reap intercommunity collaboration through participative communication. Teacher and staff take part in communication process with local community and parents. Courses are available regarding leadership development and students are encouraged to develop leadership abilities. However, the area that requires further attention is voters with no attention. This should be in priority list for the district.
School level communication with parents, business and faculty is given foremost importance. School management believes that communication and societal interaction is the ultimate solution to resolve issues and problems. For that purpose, school district constantly interacts with local residence and collaborates with faculty and parents. Parents also collaborate tin this learning process. Management of the district believes that intercommunication and cooperation is the best way to facilitate learning and development process.
