 The position of the DC motor is controlling, where system input is the source voltage (V) and it is also applied to the armature of motor, and its output position is the shaft, (theta). Whereas the shaft rotor is very rigid, and it is also supposed the model of viscous frictions and the friction torques is proportional for the angular velocity of shaft. In control system the common actuator is present in the DC motor , and it is also directly rotary motion along with coupled by wheels of cable, and drum which is also provide transitional motions .The free body diagram , and the equivalent circuit of rotary is shown in the below figure 1 ;
